  • We offer free postage to any UK Address

  • We accept returns or exchanges on all orders apart from Earrings or 50% Sale items

  • Support a small business - Cotswold Bridal Accessories is entirely run by me - Sharon,, so every email that is received, order that is packed, query, admin, advertising, social media, messages, supplier orders and general day to day running is handled by me with care, I appreciate every single order that is placed and I do my best to answer all queries within a few days,, but especially over busy periods this can take longer as I am also a busy working mum & wife

  • We are experiencing delays in receiving our orders from our suppliers due to many reasons. This means that expected dispatch time on some orders is upto 21 days,, we apologise for the inconvenience to all our customers. We are constantly working behind the scenes to speed the process up & we can assure you goods are dispatched asap. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you want to check the status of an order placed on the website. 

  • Please check your spam/junk folder for any correspondence /emails from us, we have a problem with this regularly

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from delivery to the customer, provided the items are returned unworn, undamaged & the tags are still attached, we will then issue a full refund or exchange, please return them to the address at the bottom of the page, customer pays for the return postage.

  • We do not accept returns on Earrings or 50% Sale items

  • Any items made to order can take upto 21 days

  • All our veils & accessories are the same quality as in any Bridal Boutique
  • All orders are sent Royal Mail 48hr Tracked & signed
  • We try and reuse & recycle as many cardboard boxes as possible
