    • We are experiencing delays in receiving our orders from our suppliers due to covid/brexit etc. This means that expected dispatch time on some orders is up o 21 days,, we apologise for the inconvenience to all our customers.   • Support a small business - Cotswold Wedding Veils is entirely run by me - Sharon,, so every email that is received, order that is packed, query, admin, advertising, social media, messages, supplier orders and general day to day running is handled by me with care, I appreciate every single order that is placed and I do my best to answer all queries within a few days (i try and work mon - fri) ,, but especially over busy periods this can take longer as I am also a busy working mum & wife.

  • We offer free postage to any UK Address, we also ship worldwide for the postage cost

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 3 months provided the items are returned unworn, undamaged & the tags are still attached, we will then issue a full refund or exchange, please return them to the address at the bottom, customer pays for the return postage. 

  • We have a wide range of Veils in stock, if we have to order your veil in, this is usually in stock within 5 working days

  • Any items made to order can take up to 21 days

  • All our veils & accessories are the same quality as in any Bridal Boutique

  • All the Swarovski crystals & beads are genuine from Swarovski & hand placed on the veils

  • All our products come beautifully presented in tissue paper

  • All veils are supplied on a clear comb

  • We now offer fabric samples of the wedding veil tulle in:
    White, Ivory, Pink or Glitter Tulle.
    Please contact Sharon & confirm which colour tulle & your postal address, the sample will then be sent out within a few days.

  • All orders are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For

  • We  now offer the option for customers to pay for any items using Clearpay 4 x interest free payments

  • No returns or exchanges on 50% end of sale items

  • We try and reuse & recycle as many cardboard boxes as possible
